BOSFOROUS LINEAR PARK

The purpose of the project is to convert into a linear park a long stretch of coast, now degraded. The proposed park is long, for several kilometers, and represents a journey from north to south along the coast, so that the visitor performs an interesting adventure. Along the park, such as tape, growns in two paths: one for pedestrians (walking or jogging) and one for the “golfcart” and trains for children. These two paths take visitors through lakes and fountains, waterfalls, forests of fireflies animated by the sound of bells moved by the wind, on the lookout towers and observatories through zoos, aquariums, gazebos, hills for kites and within the virtual museum of Culture in Istanbul, until the end of the trip where you can enjoy the sunset on the hill. The paths move up and down, crossing roads on bridges or tunnels, offering visitors always new shows. The entire space will be planted with trees, with resting places to sit, space for children to play, with restaurants round the sea, piers and club houses for sailors and divers.
